Our Story
Affinity Hands was born from a simple observation: the home care industry was built around the agency's ability to fill shifts, not around the family's need for genuine, accountable care. Rotating caregivers, no-shows, and world-class apologies that changed nothing - this was the standard, and families were told it was the best they could expect.
We believed there was a better way. Instead of managing a roster of interchangeable staff, we chose to build a service around one thing: the relationship between your parent and their caregiver. One carefully matched, consistently present human being who genuinely knows your parent - not just their care needs, but their personality, their routines, their language, their dignity.
This isn't a better version of what came before. It's a fundamentally different answer to the question every family is really asking: is there someone I can actually trust with my parent?
